Loved this fairly clean and incredibly beautiful place. Supper friendly staff and impressive rooms. - Booked a room with a good view. - This location was marvelous and particularly good, near the city's top shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants.

The room was extremely spacious with 2 queen beds, a good view, great views, at least for me. I loved the comfortable decor of the room. Location: the hotel was right by shopping area as well as mall. Apart from that, San Jorge Botanical Garden was 15 minutes away by driving.

Amazing view of the city from the room and comfortable bed made for a great weekend getaway. Loved having access to the pool and sauna for some rest and relaxation. the breakfast spread was delicious and helped fuel our exploration of the city. Plus, the location was perfect for easily accessing all the top attractions and restaurants.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed to be disorganized which made check-in and check-out a frustrating experience. the room next to us had a loud club playing music late into the night which made it difficult to sleep.

We didn't want to leave and would not hesitate to return there. Our stay was great as always. The standard queen room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-compatible safe, and a work desk.

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, with access to a fantastic mall. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-decorated rooms. Great views from the 13th floor, excellent Wi-Fi included. Amazing value!

The venue is an oasis of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal place for a relaxing break. the service was excellent, with staff always willing to help. the Spa & wellness centre is top-notch, providing an array of exclusive amenities like a sauna, plunge pool, and beach umbrellas. the outdoor swimming pool is superb, with plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. the restaurant had an extensive buffet breakfast with every imaginable delight.

My room lacked a coffee machine, which was a minor issue compared to the other luxurious needs that were fulfilled. Nonetheless, the hotel's location advantages and private facilities, such as the rooftop bar and pool, and multiple restaurants near home were more than enough to compensate for this small shortfall.

The shopping center nearby was within walking distance and everything was up to par.

The staff here were all super friendly and went above and beyond. My room had the most comfortable bed ever, plus a cool TV, a safe big enough for my laptop, and a cozy sitting area. Bonus: a tub in the bathroom, which was a nice touch! 🛁
